S'mores Frappuccino Jello Shots

Ingredients

2 cups marshmallow flavored vodka

2 cups (or 1.5 bottles) Starbucks bottled frappuccino

3/4 cup heavy cream or half and half

1 cup water

3 tablespoons marshmallow fluff

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons sugar

6 envelopes unflavored gelatin

2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers

9x13 inch pan

Directions

Frappuccino Layer:
Pour 1 cup Starbucks frappuccino into a medium sized sauce pan. Sprinkle 2 envelops of gelatin on top and let it sit for 1 minute to activate.

Turn on medium heat and whisk to combine. When the gelatin has completely dissolved and the frappuccino is simmering (not boiling) add another cup of frappuccino.

Pour the mixture into a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until slightly set (just sticky, not firm)

Marshmallow Layer:
Add 3/4 cup cream to a medium sized mixing bowl. Add 3 tablespoons marshmallow fluff and mix until mostly combined.

Add the mixture into a medium sized sauce pan. Sprinkle 2 envelops of gelatin on top and let it sit for 1 minute to activate.

Turn on medium heat and whisk to combine again. When the gelatin has completely dissolved and simmering (not boiling), add 1 cup of marshmallow flavored vodka. Pour slowly on top of slightly set frap layer.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until slightly set (just sticky, not firm)

Chocolate Layer:
Add 1 cup water and 3 tablespoons cocoa powered into a medium sized sauce pan. Sprinkle 2 envelops of gelatin on top and let it sit for 1 minute to activate. Turn on medium heat and whisk to combine. When the gelatin has completely dissolved, the chocolate has combined and is simmering (not boiling), add sugar and wait for it to dissolve.

Keep at a simmer. Turn off the heat and add 1 cup of marshmallow flavored vodka.

Pour slowly on top of slightly set marshmallow layer. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until completely firm (overnight works best).

Serving:
When set, use a knife to cut 3 vertical strips into the gelatin. Gently lift out each strip with your hands (carefully, so you don’t break the gelatin). Slice each strip into squares. Top each square with graham cracker crumbs before serving. Keep refrigerated.
